Update May 8, 2011
Off to do Being Erica in Toronto next week. A big thanks to Jana, Aaron, Tecca and Erin for bringing me out. I loved doing the show in season II and wished I could have made it out for S3 last year. Happy to make it for S4. Scripts look fun and I really like working with the gang there!

Also in recent news, I just signed on to Exec Produce the new CBC/Omni FIlms Arctic Air. A 1 hour drama about a family run airline - Arctic Air - based in Yellowknife and the people who make NWT home. This adventure show is for a 9 o'clock audience.

Although it's offically started for me I will be deep into it by the time I arrive back from Toronto at the end of June.

Update February 10, 2011
It was a busy fall for me. I finished the cut on Taken From Me in September and started prepping right away on Time After Time, a movie for Hallmark staring Richard Thomas, Kaj Erik Eriksen and Christine Chatelaine. We shot on Vancouver Island in October, primarily in Duncan but we had a couple of days in Victoria. The shoot went very well. Loved working with the cast and executive producer Richard Fischoff.

Taken From Me aired on January 31 and was very well received. Time After Time airs on March 19 in the US. No Canadian dates yet for either film.

I thought the billboard (left) that Kaj found in LA was fun.

Now I’m busy updating my reel to post here. Some of the site should be re-vamped soon. I thinking of also enabling comments as well as adding direct contact info.

Update August 22, 2010
Wow, has it really been that long since my last update. So much has happened since last fall. I’m currently finishing production on a television movie for Lifetime again, Taken From Me - The Tiffany Rubin Story with Oscar nominated Taraji P. Henson in the lead role. The movie co-stars Terry O’Quinn (LOST), Beverly Todd and David Hayden-Jones. It’s been a fantastic shoot and such a thrill to work with this team of talented people. I have been blessed on this one for sure. The movie is about Tiffany Rubin, a school teacher from Queens who’s son is kidnapped by his father, a Korean American and taken back to Seoul Korea. After several attempts and road blocks through official channels, Tiffany, with the help of Mark Miller and his Association For Lost Children stage a daring rescue to get her son Kobe back.

We have been shooting primarily in and around Vancouver, doubling as Queens, New York and Seoul, South Korea. In September we will be traveling to Seoul to shoot some second unit for the film then post production until the end of October. Taken From Me is currently slated to run on Lifetime Network in early February.

Update October 21, 2009
It’s been a while since my last update. Been busy. Cinderella Pact just finished posting and will likely air on Lifetime sometime in February. I’m sure they will change the title as well. In August I traveled to Toronto to work on The Border and while I was there was invited to join the gang at Being Erica for an episode. The whole trip was a fantastic experience. Fun to work with some old friends and make a few new ones. It’s been a while since I last worked in Ontario. I’m back on the coast again and busy trying to make some things happen.
